After nearly a year parked, the S420 has returned from the dead!

She needs a new starter though as the current one is a bit sluggish to crank. Sounds like the Millennium Falcon in Empire Strikes Back, when Han Solo tries to start her up the first time trying to escape Hoth.

Other than that, she ran fine. The inspection station was closed but I'll head over tomorrow to get her road legal again.

105,000 miles. She's a '95, the last car my grandfather owned before he passed in 2009.

He owned every generation of S-class from W116 to this W140, I think you'd have liked him.

I just love how smooth she drives. You can barely feel the bumps and it exudes massive presence on the road.
